Dr.Sawhney will evaluate you holistically using both eastern and western medicine and this includes finding out your constitutional body type according to ayurveda, advice on how to achieve balance and rejuvenation. You will also be given tools for self care and healing including lifestyle, nutrition, yoga, pranayama ( breath of life) and energy medicine options, including natural herbs.If blood test or other medical evaluations needed they may also be ordered. Ahbyanga (ayurvedic body massage) Detoxification and cleansing system
Very relaxing body massage using specific herbal oils to nourish and revitalized the body tissues Ayurvedic abhyanga is the most natural and powerful method of relaxing.
